We Chose the Montessori Activity Approach

Our team has a passion for the Montessori. We believe it is one of the most powerful approaches reaching children out there. Why? Because it empowers the uniqueness of each child, it does not treat children as a group, it focuses on every individual on his own.

Montessori is all about promoting the joy of learning. And when children find happiness in learning, they bring out the best in them.

But you know what we see pride in the most?

Raising independent kids. Montessori children learn how to dress themselves, arrange their toys and clothes, help cook, and take an active role in their community.

Our teachers are trained to observe each child alone, reading and responding to their learning styles and providing them with a set of distinctive learning tools to deliver their message.

Below is a brief list of the highlights of the Montessori Method

  • It’s a child-centered approach, where they are to choose what appeals most to them in learning.

  • Teachers act more as guide in the classroom rather than dominating it. They encourage and always give meaningful and positive feedback.

  • Montessori children are independent ones.

  • Montessori materials are designed so children can spot on their own mistakes, self-asses, and completing tasks on their own, which helps them gain self-confidence and independence.

  • Montessori rooms are created to fit the child, so they can have access to every learning material at all times.

  • The children’s social skills are as valued as their academic ones. We are social creatures, we were built to communicate. Montessori empowers that.

Want to build a Montessori environment at home? We will provide you with a guide on how to properly and easily build that in our weekly blog.
